Booty Blast: (Strength, HIIT + Circuit)

Have you been looking for a class that specifically targets the ‘problem areas’ of the lower body? This 45 minute format purely targets those areas we all want to get firmer.

Toned thighs, less cellulite and a lifted booty are just some of the benefits!


Tabata Threat (HIIT, Cardio + Strength)

Tabata training is one of the best ways to build muscle and scorch body fat. Timed intervals in our tabata toned zone will blast calories, but don’t worry – there is recovery, too!


AbFit (Strength)

Are you ready for a serious core workout? Come join this is the class if you want to get strong, toned lean, abs!

By using a combination of weights, resistance bands, TRX and more, your core will sure to be fired up after this class!


She’s Fit! (HIIT + CARDIO)

ZCF’s revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principals of MAX interval training.

She’s Fit pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. How fit are you?


Booty Burn (Strength)

Burn your booty with our strength based lower body workout that purely targets your glutes, inner thighs and hamstrings. The workouts include resistance band exercises to help sculpt, tone and lift your booty! The exercises are at a slower, controlled pace to properly activate those buns. Are you ready to feel the burn?


Tone-n-Define (Strength, HIIT + Circuit )

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle in our TND Circuit. Amp up and tone-n-define your upper body with 45 second intervals with 10 seconds of recovery. Be ready to work your arms, back, and shoulders in this strength training circuit session!


Pure Strength (Strength + Conditioning)

Pure Strength is for anyone looking to get strong, toned and lean FAST! This workout offers a strength and conditioning program that focuses on technique with an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weighted exercises. A typical class involves a 10 minute warm up, some strength training/technique work, followed by a Workout of the Day (WOD) that last anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Are you ready to get strong?


Goddess Warrior (Boxing/ Kick Boxing / HIIT )

Box/ Kickbox your way into high energy intervals. You will kick, punch – and then get your boot camp on! Great way to maximize your time by packing it all into one! If you are after a fat burning challenge, this class is definitely for you! Unleash your inner warrior!


Box Fit

The ultimate cardio challenge that is super high energy and set to motivating music to enhance the fun factor. Come box your way to fighting fit with our different techniques and combo’s! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this boxing class because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of strength, cardio and core – but every week will be a surprise!
